Zero tolerance
GamerFinder: Find Teammates has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual solicitation of a minor, sexualised depictions of minors, and any attempt to groom, lure or arrange contact with a minor are forbidden anywhere in the service — in room titles and descriptions, in room chat, in nicknames, in profile text and in profile photos. An account used for any of this is terminated permanently, without warning.

How the service limits the risk
These are properties of how GamerFinder is built, not promises:
13+ only. The service is not designed for children under 13, and the terms of
use require that age.
No private messaging. There are no direct messages between users. Every message
is written inside a game room and is visible to the people in that room.
Chat is text only. A room message is plain text, at most 500 characters. No
images, video, files or voice can be sent in chat.
One image surface. The only picture a user can upload is their own profile
photo.
No location. The app never requests or stores device location. The region on a
room is a label the host picks, such as EU or NA.

How to report, inside the app
Every profile in GamerFinder has a Report action and a Block action;
you reach them from the player's profile, including from the member list of a room.
Reporting sends the account, the reason and the room to us without leaving the app.
Blocking takes effect immediately and is enforced on our server: a blocked person's
messages stop reaching you.
You can also write to [email protected] with the subject
"Child safety". Use this if you cannot sign in, or if the matter is urgent.

What happens after a report
Reports reach a moderation queue that we review. When a report concerns a minor it
is handled before anything else in the queue. Where a report is founded we remove the
content, terminate the account, and preserve the related records so they can be handed
to law enforcement. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the competent
authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
(NCMEC) where applicable, as required by law.
We do not run automated scanning of chat or photos. Our review is human and it starts
from a report, so reporting is what reaches us.

Point of contact and compliance
The child safety point of contact for GamerFinder is the developer, reachable at
[email protected]. This address is monitored and is the
channel for law enforcement, Google and users on child safety matters.
We comply with applicable child safety laws in the places the service is offered, and
with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. These standards are reviewed when
the service changes.
