Who we are
GamerFinder is a free service at https://gamerfinder.app that helps players find teammates for multiplayer games. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect
Account: the nickname you choose, and the provider identifier and
email address that come with the account you sign in with (Google, Discord or
Steam). We do not ask for or store your real name, postal address or
phone number.
Activity: the rooms you create or join, the messages you write in room chat,
the ratings you give and receive, and reports or blocks you submit.
Security logs: the date and time of each sign-in and sign-out, together with
the IP address the request came from and the browser user-agent string.
On your device: your language choice and chat-sound preference are stored
locally in your browser or app. They never leave your device.

engellemeler.
Güvenlik kayıtları: her giriş ve çıkış işleminin tarih-saati, isteğin geldiği
IP adresi ve tarayıcı kimlik bilgisi.
Cihazınızda: dil tercihiniz ve sohbet sesi ayarınız yalnızca tarayıcınızda
veya uygulamada saklanır, cihazınızdan hiç çıkmaz.
Why we process it
The account and activity data exist to provide the service itself: showing you rooms, letting people find each other, and running the reputation system. Security logs exist to detect and investigate abuse — fake accounts, coordinated rating attacks, harassment. We do not use any of this data for advertising, we do not profile you for marketing, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Who else sees it
Other users see your nickname, the rooms you are in, your chat messages
in those rooms, and your aggregated reputation. They never see who rated whom —
individual ratings are anonymous and are not exposed to any client.
Supabase hosts the database and authentication.
Cloudflare serves the website and its network sees request metadata such as
IP addresses.
Google and Valve (Steam) receive a sign-in request only when you
choose to sign in with them.
RAWG supplies the game catalogue; it receives no data about you.

How long we keep it
Security logs (sign-in/sign-out time, IP address, user-agent) are deleted automatically after 12 months. Account and activity data are kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile and chat messages are removed; records we are legally required to retain are kept until that obligation expires.
Güvenlik kayıtları (giriş/çıkış zamanı, IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgisi) 12 ay sonra otomatik olarak silinir. Hesap ve etkinlik verileri hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde profiliniz ve sohbet mesajlarınız kaldırılır; hukuken saklamak zorunda olduğumuz kayıtlar süresi dolana kadar tutulur.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can delete your account at any time from the app. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or Turkey, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Hakkınızda hangi verileri tuttuğumuzu sorabilir, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulamadan silebilirsiniz. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The app stores your login session and two preferences (language, chat sound) in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in and your settings persist. There are no third-party trackers.
Reklam veya analiz çerezi kullanmıyoruz. Uygulama, oturum bilginizi ve iki tercihi (dil, sohbet sesi) tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutar; böylece girişte kalırsınız ve ayarlarınız korunur. Üçüncü taraf takip aracı yoktur.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13. If the age of consent for data processing is higher where you live, that age applies. If we learn that we hold data about a child below that age, we delete it.
Hizmet 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır. Yaşadığınız yerde veri işlemeye rıza yaşı daha yüksekse o yaş geçerlidir. Bu yaşın altındaki bir çocuğa ait veri tuttuğumuzu öğrenirsek sileriz.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, you will be asked to review it in the app before continuing to use the service. The date at the top always shows the current version.
