Ask to join a room that fits, or open your own and say what kind of VALORANT session you want — ranked, casual, a specific mode. - Play, then rate
Afterwards, rate the people you actually teamed with. Next time you will know who to look for.
Why not just use matchmaking?
In-game matchmaking gives you whoever is online at that second. It cannot tell you that someone speaks your language, plays your role, is on your rank, or has an hour rather than ten minutes. A room does, because the person wrote it down before you clicked. For VALORANT that is the whole difference.
